Account Deletion Request

At Workmustra, we take your privacy and data security seriously. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the process outlined below.


Before You Delete Your Account

Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

  • All your data will be permanently removed from our systems, including:
    • Worker profiles and contact information
    • Attendance records
    • Salary calculations and payroll data
    • Uploaded documents and files
    • Subscription and payment history
  • You will lose access to the Service and all associated features.
  • Your subscription will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for unused subscription fees (as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
  • Your account cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.

Data Retention Policy

After we receive and confirm your deletion request:

  • We will process your request within 7–10 business days.
  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
  • Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
  • Once all retention periods expire, your data will be completely removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

To protect your account security, we require all deletion requests to be submitted via email. This ensures we can verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion attempts.

  1. Compose an email from the email address associated with your Workmustra account.

  3. Include the following information in your email:
