Refund & Cancellation Policy for Workmustra

1. Introduction

At Workmustra, we are committed to providing a high-quality service that meets your business needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request refunds for the Workmustra Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not subscribe to or use the Service.


2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the Workmustra mobile application, website, and related services.
  • “Subscription” means a paid plan that provides access to the Service.
  • “Monthly Subscription” means a subscription that is billed on a monthly basis.
  • “Yearly Subscription” means a subscription that is billed on an annual basis.
  • “Billing Period” means the recurring period (monthly or yearly) for which your subscription is active.
  • “Free Trial” means any complimentary access period provided before the start of a paid subscription.

3. Free Trial

3.1 Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate the Service. The duration of the free trial will be specified at the time of signup.

3.2 Trial Expiration

  • At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • You will receive notification before your trial expires.
  • We are not responsible for charges incurred if you fail to cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 No Refund for Trial

The free trial is provided “as is” and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the free trial.


4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing your account settings within the Workmustra application.
  • Contacting our support team at lalit@aarviapps.com.

4.2 Cancellation Effective Date

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing period.

4.3 Access After Cancellation

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Access will be terminated on the cancellation effective date.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss after your account is deactivated.

4.4 Data Deletion

  • Upon cancellation or termination of your account, your data (including worker information, attendance records, and other content) will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • We recommend that you save or print any important information before canceling your subscription.
  • Once your account is deactivated, we will not be able to recover your data.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General No-Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial unused periods of a subscription.
  • Changes in your business needs or circumstances.
  • Failure to use the Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service (unless covered under our quality guarantee in Section 7).

5.2 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Once you are charged for a monthly billing cycle, no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current month.

5.3 Yearly Subscriptions

  • Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable except as specifically provided below.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund (see Section 5.4).
  • After 30 days, the full annual fee is non-refundable.

5.4 Pro-Rata Refund (Yearly Subscriptions)

For yearly subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days:

  • We will issue a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of the annual subscription.
  • The refund amount will be calculated as: (Remaining Days / 365) × Annual Fee
  • A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refund will be issued for yearly subscriptions canceled after 30 days.

5.5 No Refund for Partial Months

We do not provide refunds for partial months, weeks, or days of Service.

5.6 No Refund for Add-Ons and Modules

  • Fees for additional modules or add-on services are non-refundable.
  • Once purchased, these fees cannot be refunded, even if you cancel the module.

5.7 No Refund for Upgrade/Downgrade

  • If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect immediately.
  • No refunds are issued for downgrades.
  • Upgrades may result in prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period.

6. Payment Disputes

6.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at lalit@aarviapps.com within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate the matter and respond within 7 business days.

6.2 Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms.
  • If you file a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your account until the matter is resolved.
  • You will be responsible for any fees associated with chargeback processing.

6.3 Billing Errors

We reserve the right to correct any billing errors, even if we have already requested or received payment. If we identify an error, we will:

  • Notify you of the error.
  • Adjust your next invoice or issue a credit accordingly.

7. Quality Guarantee and Service Issues

7.1 Our Commitment

We strive to provide a reliable, high-quality Service. If you experience significant Service disruptions or technical issues, we will work to resolve them promptly.

7.2 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a technical issue on our side.
  • We fail to resolve a critical issue affecting your core business operations within a reasonable time.

7.3 How to Request

To request a refund for Service issues:

  1. Contact our support team at lalit@aarviapps.com.
  2. Provide detailed information about the issue.
  3. Allow us 14 days to investigate and resolve the issue.

7.4 Discretionary Refunds

Any refunds granted under this Section are at our sole discretion and do not constitute an admission of liability.


8. Refund Processing

8.1 Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8.2 Payment Method Refund Limits

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the same card within 5-10 business days.
  • UPI/Bank Transfers: Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.

8.3 Razorpay Processing

All refunds are processed through Razorpay in accordance with their refund processing timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by Razorpay or your financial institution.


9. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Setup fees (if applicable).
  • Custom development or customization fees.
  • Consulting or professional services fees.
  • Data migration fees.
  • Late payment fees or penalties.

10. Account Termination by Workmustra

10.1 Termination for Violation

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription fees.

10.2 Termination for Fraud

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may terminate your account immediately without refund.

10.3 Termination at Our Discretion

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Service. In the event of Service discontinuation:

  • You will receive a pro-rata refund for unused subscription fees.
  • Your data will be permanently deleted after a reasonable notice period.
  • We will provide notice of discontinuation at least 30 days in advance.

11. Modification of This Policy

We may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

  • In-app notification.
  • Email communication.
  • Posting on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.


12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.


13. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to Workmustra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
